"JH&A was selected as the Agency of Record for the 2009 IEEE EMC Society’s International Symposium held in Austin, Texas. Among the requirements were the development of a graphic theme, print ads, promotional materials and a detailed symposium guide which provided attendees with comprehensive scheduling of more than 200 separate events.

JH&A met the challenge starting with a beautiful Austin-centric theme that tied all elements of the program together as a unified whole. They also researched subject areas and took charge of ‘nuts-and-bolts; elements that the volunteer symposium committee did not always have the resources to execute. The result was a very successful collection of materials fully integrated with our program that set a new standard for future symposiums to attain."
